Job Brief

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Head to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and pricing

- Oversee procurement processes and inventory management to maintain optimal levels of stock

- Coordinate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely production and delivery of goods

- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and ensure smooth operations

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
