Hiring for Supply Chain Head for leading Fashion Brand.

Location: Bengaluru.

Experience: 10+Years.

Key Responsibilities:.

Demand Planning & Forecasting:.

- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to ensure optimal stock levels.

- Forecast demand based on historical data, market trends, and business strategy.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams for accurate demand planning.

- Optimize Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning to balance inventory investment and business growth.

Inventory Management & Supply Chain Operations:.

- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time.

- Maintain healthy inventory turnover ratios and reduce slow-moving or obsolete stock.

- Optimize domestic supply chain operations, ensuring timely inbound and outbound logistics.

- Work closely with vendors, 3PL partners, and logistics providers for smooth operations.

Warehouse & Distribution Operations:.

- Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

- Implement best practices for warehousing, storage, and last-mile delivery.

- Monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.

MIS Reporting & Cost Optimization:.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports on demand, inventory, and logistics.

- Track key performance metrics, including stock health, fill rates, and supply chain costs.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities across the supply chain without compromising service levels.

- Ensure compliance with financial planning and budgetary controls.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration:.

- Implement technology-driven solutions for better planning, inventory accuracy, and reporting.

- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in supply chain operations.

- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):.

- Forecast Accuracy: % accuracy of demand planning vs. actual sales.

- Inventory Turnover Ratio: Frequency of inventory replacement.

- Stock Availability & Fill Rate: % of demand fulfilled without stockouts.

- Warehouse Efficiency: Order fulfillment time and accuracy rate.

- Logistics Cost per Unit: Optimization of transportation and warehousing costs.

- OTB Utilization: % of Open-to-Buy budget utilized effectively.

- Aging Inventory Reduction: % reduction in slow-moving or obsolete stock.

- Supply Chain Cost Reduction: % savings achieved in operations without affecting service levels.
