Supply Chain Head - Chemical Manufacturing

Job Title: Supply Chain Head - Chemical Industry - Mumbai

Job Responsibility:

- Responsible for strategic planning and forecast of demand and opportunities

- End to end ownership of supply chain department while adhering to company policies

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the SCM team to achieve departmental and organizational goals

- Responsible for setting targets & creating development plans for team, drive cross functional team engagement

- Responsible for production scheduling & delivery at optimum cost & quality level, drive material & resource planning

- Spearhead the imitation and execution of the pre and post S&OP process, guiding consensus in demand and supply planning, and overseeing pre-S&OP and executive meetings

- Drive the team of distribution planning from factory to depots to minimize stock outs and optimize service levels

- Drive the RM/PM availability with procurement and influencing production scheduling basis market requirements

- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for Material Movement /Storage in compliance with quality norms, standards and practices

- Review with factories on scheduling of critical SKU'S and daily output to increase the delivery performance.

Key Skills:

Mandatory:

- Strong knowledge of CRAMS business, markets and industries including well developed technical and background knowledge of Facilities, Distribution Operations & Supply Chain sectors

- Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production planning, inventory management, S&OP Process, Logistics, dispatch

- Target Industry: Chemical Manufacturing only

Job Location: Marol Naka (Andheri East)

Working Days: 6 day

Timings: 10am to 7pm (2nd and 4th Saturdays- 10am to 2pm)

Qualification: Post gradute / MBA in supply change management or any other disciple

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
