Supply & Inventory Planning Supervisor/Manager - Agriculture/Dairy/Fishing Domain

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Supply and Inventory Planning Supervisor will supervise a team of supply and inventory planners and oversee routine supply and inventory planning activities. In this role, you will guide a team that monitors key integrated business planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help to coordinate cross functional work teams.

Key Accountabilities:

- Define inventory strategy and segmentation and incorporate other relevant strategies.

- Prepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.

- Review and publish supply and inventory planning metrics targets.

- Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.

Other duties as assigned

- Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team.

Qualifications

- Minimum Qualifications : Graduate in engineering with PG in Supply Chain Management

- Should have minimum of 5 years experience in Inventory & Supply Planning

- Good exposure in MRP, Production planning and scheduling

- Have exposure in SCM tools - SAP, SAP IBP, PPSD etc
