About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who goes beyond execution to conceptualize brand-first, performance-driven campaigns across digital, social, and video-first platforms.
This isn't about just creating "pretty posts" - it's about storytelling, campaign ideation, content experimentation, and trend-responsiveness, all backed by solid design chops and AI-forward thinking.
What You'll Do
Own Campaign Ideation: Lead concepts for new launches and everyday parenting moments, turning them into integrated social-first campaigns that drive both brand love & performance.
Design for Performance: Create thumb-stopping, conversion-driven creatives for Meta, YouTube, and other ad platforms.
Lead from the Front: Guide junior designers, freelancers, and agencies with clear briefs, feedback loops, and creative direction.
AI & Automation in Design: Experiment with tools like MidJourney, DALL-E, Runway, Figma AI, InVideo, and Stable Diffusion for efficiency and innovation.
Build Long-Term Systems: Develop brand guides, design playbooks, and reusable templates for scalability.
Explore Platform-Native Formats: Reels, memes, carousels, packaging, UGC-style edits - know what works where and why.
Stay Plugged In: Leverage digital & cultural trends to keep the brand vibrant and relevant.
What We're Looking For
- 6-8 years of experience in creative design (preferably D2C brands or agency).
- Strong portfolio across branding, motion, packaging, campaigns, and social storytelling - please share upfront.
- Ability to balance storytelling with performance metrics (hooks, CTAs, trends, scroll behavior).
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva Pro, and other design/motion tools.
- Proven experience with AI tools for design & content generation.
- Strong collaboration skills - experience working with marketing teams, founders, and external partners.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor junior designers and freelance teams.
