We are seeking a talented Product Manager to work on multiple games in our portfolio.
You will play a key role in designing engagement and retention systems in the games and shaping the in-game economy and monetization strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of player behavior, and a passion for creating engaging gaming experiences.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and iterate on in-game economic systems, including virtual currencies, pricing models, and reward structures.
- Conduct simulations and predictive modeling to forecast the impact of economic changes on player behavior and game performance.
- Monitor and balance the game economy to ensure a fair and engaging player experience.
- Develop and refine monetization features, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and ad-based revenue streams.
- Define pricing strategies for virtual goods and services, ensuring alignment with player expectations and market trends.
- Analyze monetization data to identify opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Design and implement systems that enhance player progression, engagement, and retention.
- Continuously improve the First-Time User Experience (FTUE) to maximize player onboarding and minimize drop-offs.
- Collaborate with game designers to develop features that enhance both short-term enjoyment and long-term player satisfaction.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather insights into player behavior, engagement metrics, and monetization performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and changes.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
- Work closely with game designers, developers, artists, and marketing teams to align product strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate product vision, strategies, and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 510 years of experience in product management, preferably within the gaming industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing game economies and monetization systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.
- Experience with free-to-play (F2P) game models.
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Background in behavioral economics or psychology as it relates to game design
