About:

1 Review of Company level monthly MIS reports and provide commentaries on product level and business unit wise profitability to the management.

2 Working closing with the P&L heads and identify reason for margin variances of each catagory.

3 Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.

4 Liaise with Operation, Maintenance, stores, IT and Human Resource Department to exercise effective accounting, financial & budgetary controls.

5 Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.

6 Preparation of Annual operating plan for the Company.

7 Preparation of financial forecast for the Company.

8 Co-ordinates with the P&L and country teams for Group budgeting activity.

9 Working Capital management review reports to the management on overdue debtors, slow / nonmoving inventory, working capital days, cashflow requirement.

10 Ability to prepare financial modelling.

11 Establish an environment of continuous improvement and eliminate administrative non-value added tasks.

12 Developing and managing financial systems/policies.
