- Define and execute the company's IT roadmap, including system upgrades, integrations and new technology implementations.

- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and standards to ensure data security, system reliability and work efficiency.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities.

- Evaluate and select technology solutions and vendors that meet the company's needs as well as its budget constraints.

- Ensure the availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations.

- Manage cybersecurity initiatives to protect the company's data, systems and networks from threats and vulnerabilities.

- Monitor and analyse technology trends, advancements and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement disaster recovery plans.

- Implement, and continuously improve SAP process and control in alignment with business objectives, covering both technical and functional domains.

- Design and oversee user training programs for various applications (SAP, light bulb, CRM, DMS, SF) to empower business users and enhance system utilization across departments.

- Monitor system health, performance, and upgrades

- Responsible for managing both applications as well as infrastructure

- Oversee IT infrastructure and enterprise applications, ensuring integration with SAP and other critical platforms.

- Should have excellent understanding of different modules in SAP

- To manage the relationship with functional and technical consultants to provide both incident resolution and development services

- Implementation of IT Security Policy, process, and management

- IT Cost savings and Budget control Management
