Subconscious - Product Manager

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will lead the Shepherd unified endpoint management vision and execution:

1. You will draft the strategic vision leading to the creation of short and long me frame product roadmaps.

2. You will partner with engineering in developing the product.

3. You will evangelize the product and the strategic vision with customers and stakeholders.

4. You will be the driver of customer centricity - ensuring that the customer is by your proxy, a part of every mee ng, every brainstorming session related to the product.

5. You will drive product success - be accountable for se ng both long and short term goals and delivering on them within estimated budget, se ng and monitoring OKR's.

6. You will innovate with data - leverage data and analytcs to define feature success, do competitive analysis and benchmark performance.

7. You will drive customer validation - lead feature discovery with key stakeholders to validate hypothesis and concepts with customers before committing engineering resources.

8. You will drive collaboration - key orchestrator across engineering, sales, marketing and leadership teams to run product operations and clarity of strategic and tactical steps to deliver product success.
