Key Responsibilities:
- Support in formulating the strategy for the organization and individual business segments, in evaluation of M&A opportunities, diversification initiatives, business specific assessment as required in collaboration with the VP - Strategy
- Work closely with the VP, Strategy & Transformation, to implement company's strategic vision and achieve its business objectives
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term and annual strategic plans of company and the individual business units
- Market Entry & Diversification: Identify and evaluate new growth engines for the company, and evaluate opportunities for entry into new international geographies
- M&A and Partnerships: Define and align on potential areas for M&A based on the strategic growth plans and business needs, identify potential M&A targets, conduct detailed evaluation of potential M&A targets including revenue potential, pre-qualifications, synergies and valuation assessments.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal business leaders, fostering cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, report key metrics, and ensure timely course correction.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM from a Tier-1 business school or equivalent (IIM / ISB etc.)
- 8-14 years of total experience
- Strategy consulting experience in top management consulting firms with demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies, market and business assessments, commercial due-diligences, driving large-scale strategic initiatives and managing complex projects
- Experience or exposure to the EPC Industry preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving actionable business solutions
