Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the executive leadership to grow our already successful Payments practice
- Lead growth initiatives across sales and marketing
- Support the creation, packaging, and dissemination of thought leadership.
- Enable operational excellence across the firm's functions.
- Drive global projects, collaborating with teams across geographies.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Support client projects, as and when needed

Candidate Profile:
- 2+ years' experience delivering transformational results.
- Proven track record of solving diverse business problems.
- Experience working directly with executive leadership.
- Graduate from a tier 1 institution (IIT, LSR, SRCC, or equivalent).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
