About the Role:
The position would lie within the Financial Services - Transformation practice.
Responsibilities:.
- Focus on developing a deep understanding of the industry issues with a view to building solutions with high potential demand.
- Contributing to building proposals by researching about domestic and global best practices, carving out bespoke solution for our clients.
- Contribute to practice building by helping develop thought leaderships (TLs) and white-papers.
Support excellent client delivery by:.
- Performing desktop-based research, customer discussions, interviews with senior management and such other activities to build a strong understanding of the business needs.
- Draw out detailed designs that respond to the needs of the business and assess the readiness / dependencies for implementation.
- Support client's technology, business, finance and other teams for implementing the solutions.
- Develop necessary charter and identify key metrics to help track the performance post implementation.

- Problem solving attitude to decode and solve complex and unstructured business questions.
- Analytical and outcome-driven approach to perform data analyses & generate insights.
- Communication and presentation skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders.
- Client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:.
- 3-8 years of work-experience.
- Exposure with Big 4 or leading consulting firms will be a plus.
- Experience in the BFSI sectorInsurance.
