Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual to co-lead our Strategy & Account Planning team.

The ideal candidate will be agile in adapting to the evolving digital content ecosystem and possess a strong understanding of the latest trends across digital platforms.

This role requires a forward-thinking strategist who can drive long-term brand growth through robust platform and content strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Co-lead the Strategy & Account Planning team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Stay updated on the latest trends across all digital platforms and translate them into actionable strategies.

- Develop long-term growth strategies for brands through innovative platform and content planning.

Client Engagement:

- Identify diverse opportunities to enhance client campaign reach.

- Lead strategic planning for internal clients and spearhead pitch presentations.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-7 strategists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and industry knowledge.

- Provide constructive feedback and career development guidance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with other teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

- Collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, account planning, or a similar role within the digital content ecosystem.

- Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and leading client pitches.

- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content strategies, and consumer behavior.

- Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Skills:

Strategic thinking with a creative approach to problem-solving.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
