Strategic Sourcing Manager - Procurement

- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement spend and ensure supply chain efficiency.

- Lead the sourcing process for key commodities and services, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the supply chain.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

- Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

- Develop and implement supplier performance management programs, ensuring quality and delivery standards are met.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , engineering, operations, finance) to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

- Manage and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity.

- Develop and maintain sourcing policies, procedures, and documentation.

- Monitor and report on key sourcing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Lead and mentor sourcing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience (4+ years) in strategic sourcing or procurement, with a significant portion in a leadership role.

- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.

- Experience in conducting market research and analysis.
