Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager - Last Mile Delivery

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new last-mile logistics vendors, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

- Develop and implement a structured onboarding strategy to ensure vendors meet expected quality, efficiency, and delivery standards.

- Oversee the full contracting lifecycle, including negotiations, legal compliance, and risk management.

- Clearly define and communicate performance expectations, compliance needs, and KPIs to set vendors up for success.

- Create and manage frameworks for tracking vendor performance, satisfaction, and adherence to SLAs.

- Serve as a key escalation point to resolve vendor-related issues, collaborating with internal teams for effective solutions.

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with vendor partners to drive mutual success.

- Establish feedback channels to gather vendor insights and use data to refine processes and address concerns.

- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance vendor network efficiency, capacity, and cost-effectiveness.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Data, etc.) to integrate vendor feedback into process and technology improvements.

- Monitor, analyze, and report vendor performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Regularly assess the vendor landscape to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for strategic action.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in vendor management, supply chain, or last-mile logistics.

- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling vendor relationships, including contracting and performance frameworks.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
