Strategic Initiatives & Business Development
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new lines of business across supply and execution vendors.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across India and South Asia for manufactured goods, with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality.
- Own and drive due diligence processes for potential partnerships and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and valuations with partners and vendors.
- Develop a high-impact sourcing strategy tailored to emerging markets and diversified product categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless partnership execution.
- Monitor industry trends to proactively scout emerging business opportunities and vendors.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem, leveraging relationships for long-term strategic advantage.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in business consulting, procurement, sourcing, or M&A, preferably with exposure to cross-border operations.
- Proven expertise in strategic partnerships, vendor development, and financial evaluation of businesses or contracts.
- Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of commercial contracts and business valuation.
- MBA from a reputed institution; bachelor's degree in any domain.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in international markets outside India, particularly in South Asia or Southeast Asia.
- Prior exposure to supply chain transformation or global sourcing strategy.
- Network in manufacturing hubs or vendor ecosystems across the region Department
