Strategic Partnership & Alliances Role - BNPL/Digital Lending/EV Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships: - Identify, onboard, and manage strategic alliances with merchants, service providers, and industry players across EV financing, education, medical, and travel sectors.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to build and enhance BNPL solutions, ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and drive initiatives to expand the BNPL footprint.
Business Growth & Execution:
- Drive business growth by launching and scaling digital loan products across new categories.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing partnerships.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, and Operations teams to implement solutions.
Customer-Centric Solutions: - Balance business and commercial acumen with customer experience to drive maximum value.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, customer-friendly, and deliver strong business outcomes.
Market Intelligence: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the lending and BNPL space.
- Identify emerging opportunities in EV, education, medical, and travel financing sectors to keep ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of BNPL experience (mandatory), ideally from e-commerce, financial services, or payments environment.
- Proven experience in digital lending or financing solutions for EV, education, medical, or travel sectors is a strong plus.
- MBA from a Tier 1 institute preferred.
