Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviours specific - Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including content, video, events, digital channels, and communications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, sales, analytics) to align marketing activities with business goals. - Manage and communicate central programs for brand seeding, focusing on awareness and visibility KPIs, including CAB, Analyst Relations, and Branded IP initiatives. - Own brand alignment and expansion into new regions, developing projects to seed the brand message. - Set Marketing's annual strategic plan globally in collaboration with leadership. - Evaluate Marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Build programs to impact business goals and create a unique brand identity. Minimum Qualifications : - 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic. - Comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with an entrepreneurial approach. - Ambition to build and lead a team.
