Job Title: Strategic Executive Assistant to (CMD)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri)

Reports To: Chairman (CMD)

Experience: 8-12 years

Qualification - MBA

Industry: Open (Preference: Energy, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, or Public Sector Liaison Exposure, Investment)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic, dynamic, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to the CMD who will serve as a key partner in enabling the CMD's priorities. The ideal candidate will not only manage core EA responsibilities but also contribute to strategic planning, business insights, stakeholder coordination, and high-level government liaisoning. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp business acumen, excellent analytical skills, and an understanding of corporate and public governance structures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Support

- Provide comprehensive support to the MD for key strategic initiatives and decision-making.

- Manage high-level meetings (strategic, operational, and board-level), including preparing agendas, minutes, MOMs, and follow-up action reports (ATR).

- Assist in tracking OKRs, KPIs, and project milestones across departments and functions.

- Handle confidential communications and prioritize incoming requests and issues.

Business Analysis & Reporting

- Create KPI dashboards and business reports using Power BI, Excel, and SAP to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct SWOT analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic planning.

- Drive strategic project execution by aligning cross-functional stakeholders on deliverables and timelines.

Government & Stakeholder Liaisoning

- Act as a liaison between the MD and key government offices including PMO, Chief Minister's Office, Energy Ministry, and Mantralaya.

- Facilitate coordination for tenders, public-private partnerships, CSR projects, and regulatory engagements.

- Maintain high-level relationships with investors, government bodies, and board members.

Project & PMO Coordination

- Lead execution and monitoring of business-critical projects (internal and external), especially those involving B2G (business-to-government) engagements.

- Track MIS reports and lead weekly progress reviews for the MD's office.

- Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities through analysis of departmental overheads and project data.

Calendar, Travel & Event Management (10%)

- Manage the CMD's complex calendar including travel (domestic and international), visas, and logistics.

- Organize corporate events, government meetings, VIP visits, and media interactions with precision and discretion.

Digital, Media & CSR Coordination

- Support digital initiatives by collaborating with marketing and PR for CEO/MD visibility.

- Lead strategic CSR projects aligned with national policies

Desired Skills Sets :

- Excellent verbal and written communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential Information.

- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

- Technically sound, detail oriented, and capable of handling business discussions and Documentation independently.
