Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline of Executive Search mandates across the EMEA market
- Conduct research, cold outreach, and high-level consultative selling
- Understand client needs, challenges, and organization goals to position our offerings
- Engage with CXOs, HR Leaders, and decision-makers across industries
- Drive revenue growth through market penetration and relationship-led selling
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Business Development / Executive Search / Talent Consulting / B2B Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proven experience in consultative sales and handling global clients
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter attitude
- Comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment
