Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT and Non-IT/BP talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.

- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, client satisfaction, and consistent delivery across all requisitions.

- Conduct screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with client needs.

- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals for multiple roles across industries.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitive hiring landscapes, and skill demand in IT and BP domains.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire ratios, and client feedback.

- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams and provide regular updates to clients regarding requisition progress and candidate status.

- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met consistently and identify areas for continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field.

- 7+ years of US Staffing experience, with strong focus on both IT and Non-IT/BP requisitions.

- Deep understanding of job functions across IT (e.g., developers, data analysts, project/product managers) and Non-IT/BP roles (e.g., business analysts, compliance, finance, HR).

- Expertise in sourcing through Boolean search, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools.

- Proficiency in using ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, etc.

- Strong client-facing skills, with ability to manage delivery expectations and resolve issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize requisitions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
