Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead and expand the sales operations of our Schiffli Division. This role involves full ownership of the sales cycle from client acquisition and relationship management to ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams for timely delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, market intelligence, and proven execution capabilities in embroidery/textile sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drive sales for the Schiffli embroidery division by developing and executing strategic sales plans.

- Identify and onboard new clients, wholesalers, exporters, and domestic buyers.

- Maintain and grow relationships with key customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

- Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution and

delivery.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and coordinators to achieve sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, buyer meetings, and trade fairs.

- Maintain accurate MIS, reports, and sales forecasts to support management decisions.

- Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with commercial terms.

- Collaborate with the merchandising and sampling teams to deliver customized solutions to clients

Preferred Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Schiffli embroidery techniques, trends, and applications

- Strong customer network in domestic/export markets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure delivery commitments

- Leadership and team management abilities

- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, CRM, or ERP systems

Required Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Textile Engineering / Fashion Technology / Business Administration

- MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and relevant regional languages

- Willingness to travel frequently, as required
