Store Manager - Premium Apparel Business

About the Role :-

We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead the operations of a standalone Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) for a premium western apparel brand. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in EBO formats, possess strong retail and fashion business acumen, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Candidates with ethnic or LFR (Large Format Retail) experience will not be considered.

Must-Have Qualifications :-

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in EBO format.

- Strong knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising.

- Experience managing western fashion/apparel brands (strictly no ethnic wear or LFR background).

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Proven track record in sales achievement and team management.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales & Profitability:

- Drive the store to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Analyze sales data and trends to identify improvement areas.

- Develop and execute local store marketing and promotional strategies.

- Maximize profit margins through effective cost control and product mix.

2. Customer Experience:

- Ensure outstanding customer service and an engaging in-store experience.

- Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.

- Train and coach the team on brand guidelines and service excellence.

3. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and motivate store staff for peak performance.

- Create duty rosters and manage shift schedules efficiently.

- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage team development.

4. Operations Management

- Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.

- Ensure the store adheres to brand visual merchandising standards.

- Maintain store hygiene, product availability, and service readiness.

5. Inventory & Stock Control

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishments.

- Conduct regular stock audits, manage inward/outward stock.

- Minimize stock shrinkage/losses through control systems and checks.

6. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, statutory regulations, and safety norms.

- Maintain records of sales, expenses, attendance, and store metrics.

- Share accurate and timely reports with the area/regional management.
