Job Description:


- This incumbent will be responsible for driving ambitious Sales & Business Development Plan for Institutional Sales. Product specification and aggressively reach out to projects.

- Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific Key Accounts.

- Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Developers, PMC, contractors, Purchase team etc.).

- Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Developer, Institutional etc.

- Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry.

- Jointly owning Brand Building along with Reporting Manager and Marketing team.

Desired Skill Set:

- Qualification- Graduate/MBA with (10 - 12) years of experience.

- Familiar with similar product / Industry.

- Proactive & self-starter

- Good presentation Skills & influencing personality.

- Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
