Total Exp: 18 - 20 Years
Experience Required: 10+ years (including strong B2C experience)
Reporting To: National Sales Head / VP - Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C cement sales across the state through dealer/distributor networks.
- Develop and implement state-level sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Manage and grow dealer relationships, ensuring market coverage and penetration.
- Lead a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers; monitor performance and provide direction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Commercial teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely collection and adherence to credit policies.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience in the cement or building materials sector, with strong B2C exposure.
- Proven leadership in managing large teams and dealer networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
