Roles & Responsibilities
1) Train the sales team to maintain and grow Retail and/or Project segment of the assigned territory as per targets assigned.
- Responsible for handling Karnataka State.
- Ensure that all revenue targets (monthly, quarterly and annual) are met in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all customer targets of the company are met; minimum XX% of dealers have year over year growth, less than YY% dealers are inactive dealers, and # of new dealers are appointed.
- Ensure that all dealers actively carry and sell all products.
- Overall In charge for the optimum operation of the assigned branch viz. sales, accounts, stocks etc. In charge for the sales from the retail and project segment for the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly / yearly targets set by the management for all products under LIPL.
- Coordinate between the market (dealers, customers, influencers etc.) and the organization to ensure that the products are delivered accurately and on-time to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide timely product (existing and new) knowledge and training to the dealers, customers and applicators in a timely manner.
- Implement effectively all the market development initiatives to capture additional sales and capture higher market share.
- Coordinate the sale proceeding for optimum service levels. Collection of payments.
- Report market activities to the manager as per set format.
- Motivate the team members of the branch and ensure that they work on peak performance. To develop applicators for products under LIPL.
- To manage and motivate all applicator teams.
- To conduct regular mason meets in the assigned area.
Skills and Specifications:
- Excellent working knowledge of the mentioned area.
- Knowledge of the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Graduate with MBA with specialization in marketing.
- Strong aggressive personality.
- Should have an experience of 3-5 years in handling a team.
- High level of motivation.
- Excellent man handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Having a self-initiative.
- Capable of working in a team.
