Job Summary:
The State Head will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales volume, portfolio mix, and targets across Punjab. This role requires strong planning and execution capabilities to enhance market presence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual volume and revenue objectives.
2) Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new brand launches in the assigned regions.
3) Monitor supply and demand trends, market competition to optimize sales performance.
4) Manage sales operations, including reporting and analytics, to ensure data-driven decision-making.
5) Drive sales automation and leverage IT tools for enhanced efficiency and tracking.
6) Ensure adherence to company norms for receivables, credit control, and financial discipline.
7) Work closely with dealers and distributors to promote and position the companys products effectively.
8) Drive sales development initiatives, including visibility programs and distribution expansion efforts.
9) Guide the sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives.
10) Conduct performance evaluations and manage appraisals for sales representatives.
11) Establish behavioural and disciplinary standards to maintain a high-performance culture.
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor's/ masters degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2) Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and distribution management in the Alco- Beverage industry in the given areas.
3) Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
4) Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
