Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the reporting authority.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' of sales experience in AIDC industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
