The Mission:
STAGE is India's first dialect-based OTT platform, built to celebrate and preserve the cultural identity of millions by offering entertainment in regional cultural context. With 15mn+ downloads and 4Mn+ paying subscribers, we are the fastest-growing entertainment brand in Haryanvi, Rajasthani, and now Bhojpuri-speaking markets.
To power the next phase of our growth, we are looking for a Head of Digital Growth to own our entire customer acquisition engine. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will directly shape our success by leading performance marketing, ad creative, and organic growth.
Your Core Responsibilities:
This role unifies three critical functions. You will:
Lead Customer Acquisition:
- Own the entire paid acquisition funnel (Meta, Google & other acquisition channels) across all three markets.
- Command a multi-crore budget to meet aggressive growth targets- on mandates & subscriptions - while maintaining strict CAC discipline.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing leads, building a world-class execution engine.
- Own acquisition of quality audiences that engage & demonstrate high recurring subscriptions.
Scale Winning Creatives:
- Be the driving force behind our ad creative strategy, guiding our promo production teams.
- Foster a culture of rapid, data-informed experimentation with ad formats and messaging.
- Ensure a high-velocity pipeline of high-converting ad creatives that resonate with our dialect-speaking audiences. In short, own and optimize the ad production pipeline to get to winning creatives fast & in an efficient way.
Dominate Organic Growth:
- Build a sustainable, long-term growth engine beyond paid ads through SEO, ASO, and content-led strategies.
- Own our App Store, Play Store, and YouTube optimization to maximize high-intent, low-cost user acquisition.
- Turn cultural trends and search insights into powerful inbound marketing campaigns.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- A Seasoned Growth Leader: 5-7 years in performance marketing and digital growth, with a proven track record of scaling consumer tech, content, or D2C brands.
- Performance Marketing Expert: Deep, hands-on expertise in managing large-scale, multi-crore Meta and Google ad campaigns with measurable results.
- Creative & Analytical Mind: A rare blend of creative intuition and a data-first approach. You leverage AI tools and a relentless creative testing framework to unlock new levels of performance and efficiency.
- Master of the Growth Stack: Fluency in Appsflyer, Metabase, GA4, Ads Manager, and other essential analytics and attribution tools.
- Inspirational People Manager: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Cultural Curiosity: A genuine interest in regional India is a plus. Fluency in Haryanvi, Rajasthani, or Bhojpuri is desirable but not required.
