Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage and expand our HoReCa and Institutional Sales business across North India.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HoReCa and Institutional sales segment and will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding market share in the region.
- The position is based in Delhi and will require extensive travel across the North Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for HoReCa and Institutional Sales across North India to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients (e.g, schools, hospitals, corporate offices).
- Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships with key accounts in the HoReCa and Institutional sectors.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and use the insights to adjust sales strategies.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure target achievement and provide ongoing training and support.
- Regularly review sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management on the market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any issues or complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals with large institutional clients and HoReCa chains.
- Plan and oversee the execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and events to increase brand visibility in the region.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HoReCa and Institutional Sales, with a proven track record of driving sales growth in North India.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the HoReCa industry and institutional sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Result-oriented with a strategic approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer requirements and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and tracking sales.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the FMCG, food services, or beverage industry.
- Knowledge of regional languages and understanding of regional market dynamics in North India.
- Experience in large-scale institutional deals and contract negotiations.
