SquareShift - Project Manager

We seek a proactive Project Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience and a total of 8-10 years of professional experience.

- The ideal candidate has a background as a Business Analyst, skilled in writing business and functional test cases, and understands the software lifecycle and product dynamics.

- This role involves coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines, and fostering team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate business analysis into project management, ensuring effective requirements gathering, use case documentation, and functional scoping.

- Oversee requirements management and analysis, translating business needs into project deliverables.

- Supervise use case documentation and analysis, aligning system functionalities with project goals / Preferably having a developer's experience.

- Collaborate with quality assurance to validate project deliverables against requirements.

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance project efficiency.

- Lead Agile processes, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Serve as Scrum Master, managing ceremonies, product backlog, and sprints.

- Plan tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities.

- Assist in cost analysis and budgeting.

- Participate in risk management, addressing and mitigating project risks.

- Communicate with stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project alignment.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, adjusting as needed.

- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Progression from Business Analyst to Project Manager, with success in both roles.

- 8-10 years in business analysis and project management, focusing on process modeling, requirements gathering, and use case documentation.

- Leadership and mentoring skills for developing junior team members.

- Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Commitment to continuous learning in business analysis and project management.

- Ability to translate business requirements into project tasks and deliverables.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies.
