Position Overview:
- As the Manager of Sales for our Real Estate Media Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving strategic sales initiatives, leading high-performance teams, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
- This role requires someone with a proven track record in the real estate sector, possessing strong connections within the industry, and the ability to independently drive sales.
- Leveraging your extensive network & experience in sales leadership within the real estate sector, you will be responsible for shaping and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
Industry Connections:.
- Leverage and expand existing strong connections within the real estate industry.
- Utilize your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Sales Leadership:.
- Independently handle sales initiatives, especially during the initial stage of your tenure.
- Drive client acquisition through individual efforts and strategic relationship-building.
Strategic Sales Planning:.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve initial-stage revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities for independent sales efforts.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:.
- Lead individual client acquisition efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through personalized attention and service.
Team Development and Leadership:.
- Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.
- Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team.
- Collaborate with the team to collectively achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing guidance for continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth:.
- Independently drive revenue growth by securing key clients and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with the executive team to develop initiatives for business expansion.
Market Intelligence:.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to inform independent sales strategies.
- Utilize market intelligence to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Leverage connections outside Pune, especially in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru, for regional business growth.
- Develop and nurture relationships in these regions to expand the company's market presence.
Exploration of Fast-Growing Markets:.
- Identify and explore other fast-growing real estate markets beyond current locations.
- Utilize your insights and connections to tap into emerging markets and contribute to the company's expansion strategy.

- Proven track record in sales leadership within the real estate sector.
- Extensive industry connections and a robust professional network.
- Strong ability to independently handle sales, particularly during the initial stage of employment.
