Job Description:
- We are looking for the HR with 3+ years of experience who can join us in office in Baner, Pune location.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding.
- Foster positive employee relations through clear communication and problem-solving.
- Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.
- Ensure the implementation of performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide information to employees about benefits offerings.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, benefits providers, training companies, and payroll vendors.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
- Attention to detail and good judgement.
Experience: 3+ in HR domain.
Location: Baner, Pune (No WFH).
Experience in digital marketing hiring is a plus.
