We're looking for a data-driven, hands-on Paid Social Media Manager to lead performance marketing on Meta and TikTok for our subscription-based mobile app (iOS & Android).
This is a builder role - ideal for someone who thrives on growth, creative testing, and scaling campaigns efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Own full-funnel paid social strategy with ROAS/CAC goals
- Run creative & audience tests, optimize daily performance
- Use tools like GA4, Adjust, Mixpanel, SQL, and automation scripts
- Collaborate with creative teams to build high-converting ad assets
- Explore AI tools for creative automation and campaign scaling
You Have
- 6+ years in paid social (Meta/TikTok) & app growth experience
- Strong grasp of subscription funnels & performance metrics
- Experience with creative briefing, analytics, and testing
Bonus: Familiarity with UGC, Spark Ads, Motion/Pencil, or EdTech/Gaming apps
