Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Subcontracting
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates for Sub Con positions.
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through empanelled Sub Con Vendors.
- Implement processes for understanding Requirements and reducing the time to hire.
- Implement creative and non-std ways of improving the Referral to Joining ratio.
- Measure the time to deliver and finds ways of improving the hiring metrics.
- Monitor performance of subcontracted employees to ensure quality and alignment with company standards.
- Address any issues or concerns regarding subcontracted staff and escalate matters as needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and reporting.
- Provide recruitment and subcontracting reports to senior management, highlighting trends, challenges, and successes.
Candidate background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, with MBA preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- A min of 2-3 years of exp in handling Sub Contracting hiring.
- Experience in working with Large IT Services Organizations & Expertise in subcontracting
- Exp with large volume hiring critical.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, ATS, and HR software systems.
- Proven experience managing relationships with external subcontracting agencies and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements related to subcontracting.
