Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Mid-Level.

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office / Hybrid - as per business needs).

Experience Required: 3-5 Years.

Employment Type: Full-time.

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for both internal hiring and client requirements, with a strong focus on IT roles.

The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to deliver quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.

- Partner with hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels - job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.

- Screen and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fitment for internal and client needs.

- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and ensure timely closures.

- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for critical and niche skills.

- Build and nurture candidate relationships to improve candidate experience.

- Manage recruitment dashboards, trackers, and periodic reporting for stakeholders.

- Stay updated with IT hiring trends, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience with a strong focus on IT hiring.

- Experience in handling both corporate/internal hiring and client/vendor hiring.

- Strong screening capabilities for mid to senior-level IT roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, SAP, DevOps, etc.

- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Education:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
