Responsibilities:


- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.


- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.


- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.


- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.


- Extend and negotiate job offers.


- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.


- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.


- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.


- Proactively engage with potential candidates and build relationships.


- Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience.


- Promote our company's employer brand through various recruitment channels.


- Create engaging job postings and recruitment materials.


- Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.


- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.


- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities and results.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).


- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.


- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.


- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.


- Collaborate with HR team members.


Qualifications:


- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.


- Proven experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.


- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


- Strong organizational and time-management skills.


- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).


- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.


- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience with social media recruitment.


- Knowledge of employer branding strategies.


- Experience with data analysis and reporting.


- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
