About the Role:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and oversee the full recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience.
- Handle salary negotiations and assist in offer rollouts and documentation.
- Maintain an updated applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best hiring practices to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean searches.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus.
