Role Description:
- The Strategy, Data & Performance Analyst supports the Finance team by developing automated reports and dashboards, as well as contributing to improvement initiatives.
- This position also assists business partners with advanced analytics and financial enhancement efforts.
Processes/Activities:
- Assist in building and maintaining Looker Studio dashboards and reports to support commercial finance teams and their business stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of clear, data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for reporting and analytics solutions.
- Help troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Perform integrity checks and reconciliation of underlying systems data.
- Contribute to improving data processes and supporting automation initiatives under guidance.
- Enhance automated reporting and budgeting through advanced tools like TM1, Gsheets, and Looker.
- Support enterprise-wide programs and finance improvement initiatives.
Soft Skills:
- Familiar with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar) and SQL, and willing to develop Python and Alteryx skills.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with data to identify trends and support reporting needs.
- A clear communicator who can work with stakeholders to understand data requirements.
