- Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.

- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing and high-quality posts.

- Stay updated with industry trends, social media algorithms, and best practices.

- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns for maximum reach and conversion.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms.

- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is a plus.
