Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute hiring strategies for core technology and enterprise tech functions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized technology roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Drive process improvements and automation in recruitment programs supporting global operations.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and explore innovative sourcing channels.
- Promote best practices within the recruitment team and participate in strategic talent acquisition projects.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree with 1-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in the tech domain.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and demonstrated ability in tech hiring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with internal stakeholders.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Proficiency in market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
