About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Specialist/Senior Specialist to join our Campus Hiring team. The role involves end-to-end ownership of campus recruitment activities, from building strong relationships with academic institutions to ensuring smooth onboarding of campus hires. This position requires strong stakeholder management, planning, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the end-to-end campus hiring strategy across targeted colleges/universities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers, faculty, and student communities.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify hiring needs and align campus recruitment plans accordingly.

- Organize pre-placement talks, assessment drives, and selection processes.

- Manage interview scheduling, assessments, offer rollouts, and onboarding for campus hires.

- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and employer value proposition (EVP) initiatives on campus.

- Track and report campus hiring metrics (offer-to-join ratio, diversity ratios, etc.).

- Ensure compliance with budgets, hiring guidelines, and company policies.

- Support early career talent engagement programs, including internships, management trainee initiatives, and induction programs.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of campus hiring processes and university engagement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results under tight timelines.

- Strong organizational, project management, and event management skills.

- Analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret hiring data.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment tools/ATS.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.

- Specialist: 2-4 years of experience in campus hiring or recruitment.

- Senior Specialist: 4-7 years of experience with proven track record in managing large-scale campus recruitment drives.
