We are seeking a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The role requires expertise in driving ROI-focused campaigns, improving lead quality, and scaling performance marketing in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion goals.
- Conduct audience research, keyword targeting, and competitor benchmarking for effective campaign planning.
- Monitor daily performance, optimize budgets, and ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
- Write engaging ad copies, design briefs, and A/B test creatives for higher CTR and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate).
- Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends, Google/META algorithm updates, and platform innovations.
- Manage remarketing, lookalike, and custom audience campaigns.
- Recommend strategies for scaling campaigns, reducing acquisition costs, and improving overall performance.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta Ads Manager.
- In-depth understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Funnel).
- Hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage large budgets & high-volume campaigns.
- Experience in performance marketing for [Healthcare / E-commerce / BFSI / relevant industry].
