Specialist - Performance Marketing & SEO - Financial Services

We are looking for a marketing professional for one of our key client in financial services in India.

Performance Marketing:

- Play a key role in meeting the business objectives through customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

- Responsible for online sales.

- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies for various digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display ads, programmatic, and other paid media platforms.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys for improved campaign performance.

- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize conversion rates and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).

- Use data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc., to analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and identify trends.

- Identify the digital channels - Whatsapp, Chatbot, Mobile app & Website for all digital journeys to build and develop.

- Develop and drive Joint Business Plans with third-party platforms .

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Leadership:

- Lead the SEO strategy with a focus on increasing organic visibility, search rankings, and web traffic.

- Play a key role in meeting the business objectives through the digital assets

- Optimize digital assets' content and structure to enhance SEO performance

- Track and report SEO performance metrics including keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and other relevant KPIs.

- Manage, monitor & supervise the vendor to maintain all traffic data

- Content Management & Blogs

- Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members

- Work closely with cross functional teams - digital sales, product marketing and content teams to ensure a unified approach in campaign execution and brand strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing and SEO, preferably in the financial services

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, tools, and techniques including paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising, display, and programmatic advertising.

- Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO.

- Expertise in web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills with a focus on actionable insights and improving performance.

- Knowledge of tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., is essential.
