Role : Performance Marketing Specialist.
Location: Ahmedabad | Remote.
About the Role:
Own, optimize, and scale E2Ms paid media strategy to consistently generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from digital agencies, driving measurable pipeline growth and brand visibility through effective performance marketing channels.
This position is for our in-house E2M Brand, and you will work directly with our functional CMO / CEO based in the US.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Comfortable attending daily stand-up meetings aligned with US time zones.
- Flexible with working hours.
- Confident in owning and executing strategies that make real business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled performance marketing expert with:
- 4+ years of experience creating and managing successful PPC advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Experience managing ad budgets of $10,000+ per month across Search, Display, and Video campaigns.
- A strong track record with metrics and examples of successful multi-platform campaigns.
- Expertise in digital campaign management, including processes, workflows, and delivering performance against KPIs.
- Experience with interactive marketing, media planning, and campaign management.
- Ability to create and launch targeted retargeting ad campaigns and optimise for e-commerce conversions.
- A knack for innovative strategies that increase performance and reduce costs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and interpret actionable results.
- A passion for staying current on paid search and social trendsand a desire to share that knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working in the US market is a plus.
- Advanced experience with GA4, Google Looker Studio, and performance reporting.
