About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Investment Risk Monitoring & Technical Due Diligence Specialist.

- The role involves investment risk monitoring, technical due diligence, and cost consultancy reviews for greenfield and fit-out projects across India.

- You will be responsible for conducting project reviews, site visits, preparing detailed reports, engaging with stakeholders, and taking ownership of end-to-end assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and monitor projects with respect to approvals, costs, budgets, schedules, quality, and risks.

- Conduct cost and rate analysis to support cost consultancy functions.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, risk assessments, and progress updates for stakeholders.

- Perform site visits and provide timely insights on project execution.

- Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, project managers, and client teams for seamless delivery.

- Provide technical support on statutory compliances, approvals, and risk mitigation measures.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 3-5 years in Investment Risk Monitoring / Technical Due Diligence, preferably with leading IPCs.

- Exposure to construction and greenfield projects is strongly preferred.

- Education: Postgraduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture (candidates from SPA, NICMAR, RICS preferred).

Skills & Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of statutory compliances and development control (DC) norms in Delhi NCR.

- Proficiency in report writing, project monitoring, and stakeholder management.

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skill
