We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist with 5+ years of progressive experience to oversee all facets of human resources practices and processes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, and the ability to design and implement strategies that cultivate a positive, productive work culture.

This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training, and ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition through hiring to ensure timely and effective staffing.

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Oversee job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and collaboration with hiring managers for final hiring decisions.

- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience, including orientation, training, and cultural integration for new hires.


Employee Relations & Engagement

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.

- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with fairness and consistency.

- Design and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

- Promote a positive organizational culture emphasizing inclusivity, collaboration, and open communication.


Performance Management & Development

- Lead the performance management cycle by setting clear goals, conducting appraisals, and delivering constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop tailored employee development plans.

- Implement and monitor programs related to career development, succession planning, and employee growth.


Compliance & HR Policies

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Regularly review and update HR policies to align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

- Provide counsel to leadership on compliance and ethical HR practices.


Compensation & Benefits


- Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.


- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.

- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.


Qualifications:


- Master's or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and foster a collaborative work environment
