HR Generalist Specialist - Heavy Machinery
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
- Maintain and manage HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Darwinbox, etc.)
- Ensure data integrity, perform regular audits, and generate reports for management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT/vendors for resolution.
- Lead HRIS upgrades, implementations, and integrations with other systems.
- Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on HRIS functionalities.
HR Operations:
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee records, attendance, and exit processes.
- Assist in payroll input coordination and benefits administration.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS platform accurately.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal regulations.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate periodic HR dashboards, headcount reports, attrition analysis, etc.
- Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting using HRIS data.
Policy & Compliance Support:
- Help implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Excel and experience with HR analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
