- We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Automation professional to lead the digital transformation of HR processes. This role will be responsible for streamlining HR processes, managing HRMS systems, and implementing automation tools for efficient processes and enhanced employee experience. Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize HR systems - HRMS (Darwin box), chatbot, Equity Management tool, Wellness app.
- Ensure smooth integration of HR systems with payroll, finance, and other business platforms.
- Use existing tools & implement new tools to build workflow automations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for HR metrics and analytics.
- Ensure accurate, real-time data is available to stakeholders for decision-making.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to identify needs, manage change, create training materials and conduct sessions for HRBP and employees for system adoption.
- Conduct regular process audits and solicit feedback to continuously improve HR systems and processes.
- Stay current with technology trends in HR automation and recommend best-fit solutions.
