Role Overview
- We're looking for a performance-driven Growth Marketing Specialist who can independently lead B2B marketing initiatives focused on the US tech market.
- This is a hands-on role where you'll build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and create real business impact.
- You'll report directly to leadership and collaborate closely with sales to align efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns targeting US-based tech companies.
- Drive performance across paid campaigns, email automation, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build and manage outbound sequences using tools like Clay and Instantly.
- Run growth experiments to identify what drives conversions and pipeline.
- Create campaign assets (messaging, briefs, sequences) and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of B2B growth or demand generation experience, ideally in IT services, talent/staffing, or tech-focused companies.
- Demonstrated success in generating business from US-based clients.
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel, lead qualification, and campaign optimization.
- Proficient in tools like LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools), Instantly, and Clay.
- Excellent communication, campaign planning, and execution skills.
- Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and results.
